APPLICATIONS
Two way communications protocol used for communications amongst field devices and control system. These cables are mainly used for carrying signals in process applications across various industries including refining, petrochemicals, power generation, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals and nuclear applications.
TYPES & SIZES
Typically manufactured in single and multiple pairs with sizes 20AWG / 18 AWG / 16 AWG / 14 AWG for voltage grade 300/600 V.
Bare / Tinned copper (up to 150° C), Silver plated copper (up to 200° C), Nickel plated conductor (up to 260° C).
Polyethylene, XLPE, PFA (higher temperatures)
Individual & Overall or Overall screening – Aluminium Mylar Tape with Tinned Copper Drain Wire, Copper Tape or Braiding
